Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact us on our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to offer exchanges under these conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting and packaging every order. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.
- Send an email to lua.cristal@icloud.com with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
✔ Custom or personalized jewelry
✔ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
✔ Gift cards
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
How to Return Your Item
- Contact us on our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide the return address and any necessary instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable service.
- Once received, we will process your return or exchange.
