• Custom or personalized items may require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• We ship worldwide! However, delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.

• If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to see if we can arrange shipping.

Tracking Your Order

• All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days as there may be postal delays.

• If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at lua.cristal@icloud.com, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will apply.
