- Custom or personalized items may require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! However, delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.

Tracking Your Order
- All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days as there may be postal delays.
- If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at lua.cristal@icloud.com, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will apply.
